Welcome to our Slow Food Home Restaurant, where we welcome more than just guests, but new friends. Ours is a unique culinary experience, punctuated by the sounds of tradition and the pleasure of home cooking, using only locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Our meeting begins with a warm welcome: thirty minutes to get to know each other, don our aprons, and immerse ourselves in the Slow Food philosophy. To break the ice and officially kick off the preparations, we'll enjoy a convivial aperitif with a glass of sparkling wine, the perfect way to unwind before getting to work in the kitchen. Finally, the most anticipated moment arrives: the Tavola Unita. We'll sit together to share the prepared dishes, savoring the authentic pleasure of food and the human warmth that only a shared table can provide. This is where emotions meet flavor, celebrating slowness and the joy of being together.
