A collective reading and public reflection activity dedicated to the book Tropico Mediterraneo. Viaggio in un mare che cambia by Stefano Liberti.
Each participant will explore a chapter of the book, transforming it into a short visual story: a personal synthesis of data, images, maps, insights, and reflections on the contemporary Mediterranean, amidst the climate crisis, ecological changes, wars, trafficking, and economic interests.
The activity, curated by Onyx Libro, was born following the book's nomination for the 2026 Alessandro Leogrande Prize and is part of the festival's collateral program as a shared space for listening, exploration, and collective interpretation of the present.
