Tufa – Small Sculptures is a handcrafted workshop located in the heart of Matera’s Sassi district, at Via Bruno Buozzi 20. Founded by two artisan brothers, the workshop was born from a passion for calcarenite, commonly known as tufa, a local sandstone. Starting with construction and restoration work, the founders shifted their focus to creating contemporary design objects, transforming tufa into true works of art.
