Historical Dance Workshop

The workshop offers an intercultural experience based on historical European and Mediterranean dances, involving local residents of Matera. A workshop is planned for the theoretical and practical study of dances from the Napoleonic and Risorgimento periods, drawn from the manuscripts of the court masters of the time. Shared rehearsals and an evening public event are also included. The initiative aims to foster intercultural dialogue, inclusion, and active participation, promoting dance heritage as a universal language.
