On the centenary of the birth of two jazz giants, the trio featuring Vito di Modugno on Hammond organ, Fabio Accardi on drums, and Gianfranco Menzella on tenor sax welcomes Rick Margitza, a saxophonist who, in addition to being a member of Miles' band from 1988 to 1990, has personally continued the legacy of John Coltrane.
Miles & Trane 100 x 100 is a celebration of the legacy of Miles and Coltrane and a tribute to the alchemies and encounters that create new paths and unexpected directions.
