Description
The Magi Project was born from the collaboration between Venetian musicians Marco Risolino (PF) and Mattia Mauttini (DR). Their compositional research is directed towards a sound in which melody, the fulcrum of the musicians' interaction, can express itself freely within a contemporary harmonic and rhythmic context. The cornerstones of their compositions are the themes of irony and dream, two seemingly distant worlds that, through the musicians' interaction, merge and interact. The trio is rounded out by the creativity and solidity of Molise-born double bassist Vincenzo Quirico.
