Description
The initiative's goal is to encourage everyone, from children to adults, to try their hand at writing, highlighting skills that are often undervalued, if not ignored, and broadening the audience of participants as much as possible.
Laura Marzi (Rome, 1971) is a journalist, writer, and literary critic. She holds a PhD in Gender Studies from Paris 8 University. She writes for "il manifesto" and "Letterate Magazine" and translates from English and French. Her first novel, "La materia alternativa" (Mondadori, 2022), submitted for the Strega Prize, won the Minerva, Marzani, and John Fante prizes. Her novel "Stelle cadenti" (Shooting Stars) will be published by Mondadori in 2025.
