What if I do not use it all?
Refunds are handled under our Terms & Conditions. If you do not activate the pass at all, we will refund it.
Do I need to print anything?
No. If you buy online, show the QR code from your phone at pickup. Then just use the physical Matera City Pass in town.
Can I use the same pass for more than one person?
No, each pass is nominal and valid for one person only.
Are children under 6 included?
Children under 6 can enter included museums without a dedicated pass. From 6 years onward, a dedicated pass is required.
